One of the biggest reasons we don't move forward in our businesses (and lives really) is because we're not taking the time to actually do the work. We talk about the big picture of what we want to accomplish but when it comes down to it, we drop the ball.
No one is going to say, "Hey, you look like you need a break! Why don't you go home and get some rest."
It's up to you to figure out what you need and then make sure you're getting it.
